How to Pause Your Account
Need to take a break? You can pause your account in just a few steps:
✅ Steps to Pause:
1️⃣ Click the green “Active” button next to your account status.
2️⃣ A pop-up will appear — select how long you'd like to pause your account (1 to 30 days).
3️⃣ Choose a reason for pausing. If your reason isn’t listed, select “Other” and enter your explanation.
4️⃣ Click Confirm to pause your account.
⚠️ Important Notes
- While your account is paused, you will not receive any leads.
- Your account will automatically reactivate when the pause period ends.
- Need to pause for more than 30 days? Reach out to support for help.
- You can manually unpause anytime by clicking the status button again and selecting “Activate” — your account will turn green and resume lead delivery immediately.
