How to Pause Your Account & Understanding Account Statuses

Need to take a break? You can pause your account in just a few steps. Before that, it’s helpful to understand the different account statuses:


Account Statuses

  • Active: Your account is good to go and ready to receive leads.
  • Temporarily Stopped: Your account is currently paused. You will not receive leads until the pause period ends or you manually reactivate.
  • Not Active: This status cannot be changed from the lead portal. It typically means you haven’t fully onboarded with our sales team yet or your account has been cancelled. If you feel your account should not be in this state, please contact support.


✅ Steps to Pause:

1️⃣ Click the green “Active” button next to your account status.
2️⃣ A pop-up will appear — select how long you'd like to pause your account (1 to 30 days).
3️⃣ Choose a reason for pausing. If your reason isn’t listed, select “Other” and enter your explanation.
4️⃣ Click Confirm to pause your account.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • While your account is paused, you will not receive any leads.
  • Your account will automatically reactivate when the pause period ends.
  • Need to pause for more than 30 days? Reach out to support for help.
  • You can manually unpause anytime by clicking the status button again and selecting “Activate” — your account will turn green and resume lead delivery immediately.
