How Billing Works at Property Leads

At Property Leads, we do not bill on a lead-by-lead basis. Instead, our system ensures that your account balance always maintains a minimum of two leads’ worth of funds based on your highest bid territory.

How Billing Works

1️⃣ Your account balance must always have at least the cost of two leads from your highest bid territory.
Example:
  • If your highest bid is $300, your account balance must stay at $600.
  • If your highest bid is $500, your balance must stay at $1,000.
2️⃣ Whenever your account drops below half of this minimum balance, your card will be charged to restore it.
Example:
  • Highest bid: $300 → Minimum balance: $600
  • Once balance drops below $300, your card is charged to bring it back to $600

Why Did My Card Get Charged If I Received Lower-Priced Leads?

If you receive leads that cost less than your highest bid, your balance decreases more slowly. You may receive multiple lower-cost leads before your balance falls low enough to trigger a charge.

Example:
  • Highest bid: $300 → Required balance: $600
  • You receive 2 leads at $125 → Balance remains above $300
  • You receive a 3rd lead at $125 → Balance drops below $300 → Card is charged to bring it back to $600

How to Check Your Lead Costs

You can review individual lead costs by visiting the “Transactions” section of your account. Each lead’s cost is listed clearly for easy tracking.
