How to Update Lead Delivery Methods

1. Access Your Delivery Settings

1️⃣ Click on “My Territories” in your dashboard.
2️⃣ If you don’t have any territories set up, you’ll need to add one first before making updates.
3️⃣ Once a territory is added, click on “Update Delivery Methods.”

2. Updating Your Emails & Phone Numbers

You can add up to six total entries (a combination of emails and phone numbers).
• Emails can be added on separate lines or comma-separated (no spaces) for better organization.
Example: email1@example.com,email2@example.com,email3@example.com
• Phone numbers must be entered on separate lines (not comma-separated).
Do not include spaces in phone numbers, or you’ll get an error.

3. Updating Your Webhook

? Enter your webhook URL in the designated field.
Click “Send Test Lead” to confirm it’s working properly.
Click “Save” to apply your changes.

These updates will apply across all territories, counties, and states in your account.
