How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a lead, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Log in to your lead portal.
2️⃣ Click on “Request Refund” in the menu.
3️⃣ A list of all leads from the past 7 days will appear.
4️⃣ Select the lead you want to request a refund for.
5️⃣ Choose the Reason for your request.
6️⃣ Provide a detailed description — the more information you provide, the faster we can process your refund.
7️⃣ Click Submit to finalize your request.
Processing Time
Refund requests typically take 5–7 days to review and process.
