Understanding Lead Prices at Property Leads
At Property Leads, we offer a range of pricing options based on the type of leads and the geographic areas you are targeting. Understanding these price structures can help you choose the right setup for your goals, budget, and acquisition strategy. Below is a breakdown of how our lead pricing works at different levels.
County Level Bids
- Starting Price: $125
- Bid Increments: $25
- Description: County level bids are the smallest and most targeted areas you can bid on. Pricing varies by county and is primarily set by market demand in each territory. These areas tend to be more competitive and carry a higher cost, but they provide access to more specific lead coverage.
State Level Bids
- Starting Price: $75
- Bid Increments: $25
- Description: State level bids consist of leads coming from counties within a state that do not have an active county-level bidder. These leads often come from less competitive areas and may include more rural markets within the selected state.
National Metropolitan Counties
- Starting Price: $75
- Bid Increments: $12.50
- Description: National Metropolitan Counties gives clients access to leads from designated metro-area counties across the country. This option is designed to reduce exposure to more rural lead flow compared to standard National bidding, while still offering broader reach than selecting individual counties.
- Clients who want broader national coverage while focusing more heavily on metro-area counties
- Teams looking to reduce rural lead volume without bidding county by county
- Operators who can work deals across multiple markets but prefer more populated territories.

National Level Bids
- Starting Price: $30
- Bid Increments: $5
- Description: National level bids are for leads that come from states or counties without an active higher-level bidder. These leads are typically from less competitive areas and may include more rural markets. National level bids offer strong value for clients looking to expand their reach or train newer acquisition teams at a lower cost per lead.
- High-level operators with large distribution networks
- New operators or sales teams looking to train with lower-cost leads while still having access to quality opportunities
- Teams looking to scale and test new territories without heavy investment.
How Bid Priority Works
When multiple clients are eligible to receive the same lead, bid price will take priority. This means the higher active bid will generally take precedence, even if the lead qualifies under more than one territory type.
- Example 1: If one client is bidding $100 for National Metropolitan Counties and another client has a $75 State bid in California, the $100 Metro bid would take priority for eligible metro county leads in California.
- Example 2: If one client has a $125 County bid in Dallas County and another client has a $100 Metro bid, the $125 County bid would take priority for eligible leads in that county.
- Example 3: If one client has a $75 State bid in Florida and another client has a $30 National bid, the $75 State bid would take priority for eligible leads in Florida.
- Example 4: If one client is bidding $75 for National Metropolitan Counties and another client has a $75 State bid in California, eligible metro county leads in California would be distributed by round robin since both bids are tied.
How The Declined Refund Rate Can Factor In
In addition to bid price, declined refund rate can also factor into lead priority. This is designed to reward clients who submit refund requests responsibly and accurately.
Clients are not penalized simply for submitting a lead for review. Our refunds team reviews each request and follows up when needed. However, if a submitted lead is reviewed and determined to be valid, that refund request may be declined. Over time, a higher declined refund rate can impact account priority.
For example, if two clients are bidding the same price and one client has a 2% declined refund rate while another client has a 6% declined refund rate, the client with the 2% declined refund rate would be in a stronger position to receive that lead. The client with the higher declined refund rate may need to increase their bid to receive the same level of lead volume.
