How Do I Dispute a Declined Refund?

If your refund request was declined and you believe it should be reconsidered, you can dispute the decision by following these steps:

1️⃣ Send an email to our refunds team at refunds@propertyleads.com.

2️⃣ Include the following details in your email:

• Lead ID: The lead in question
• Refund Reason & Description: Why you believe the refund should be approved
• Supporting Evidence: Screenshots, call recordings, or any other relevant documentation
